Information for Consignees


Dear Consignees!

In each case of arrival of cargo to your address, we will inform you by phone or send you a notification by email about the cargo’s arrival. For more information about your cargo, you can contact us by phone: +7 (423) 222 6322.

To receive your shipment arriving by domestic air lines, you need to present: 

1) Passports

2) PowerofAttorney(if necessary)

3) NotificationTelegram (if you received it)

RecommendedFormofPowerofAttorneytPower of Attorney Form M-2 and Power of Attorney for a Natural Person (Individual).


Dispatcher provides the client with a pass to travel to the territory of Cargo Terminal and Bill of Lading for the cargo, information on the calculation of fees for services provided by Cargo Terminal of Cargo-Vladivostok, Ltd.

The customer goes to Cash Desk where the cashier charges for the Cargo Terminal services and issues a pass to travel to the territory of Cargo Terminal.

Customer presents the agent of Regional Production State Enterprise (OPGP) the following:

  • Cargo Air Waybill
  • Paasport
  • PowerofAttorney (if necessary)

RecommendedFormofPowerofAttorneytPower of Attorney Form M-2 and Power of Attorney for a Natural Person (Individual).

Customer receives the shipment, OPGP agent takes Air Waybill and Power of Attorney, returns Recipient’ copy of Airway Bill with a note regarding cargo release, certified by personal stamp and signature, and makes a note in the pass so that the cargo can exit the territory of warehouses.

To receive your shipment arriving by international air lines, you need to present: 

1) Passports

2) PowerofAttorney (if necessary)

3) NotificationTelegram (if you received it)

RecommendedFormofPowerofAttorneytPower of Attorney Form M-2 and Power of Attorney for a Natural Person (Individual).

Dispatcher provides the customer with a copy of Air Waybill for cargo clearance with the customs authority.

Customer contacts the customs inspector to complete customs clearance by stamping the cargo with "Release Approved" («Выпуск разрешен») mark in the Airway Bill.

Customs Office is located in Terminal “A” of Vladivostok International Airport.

If the cargo is regulated by public services (veterinary inspection, phytosanitary control), the customer should contact the appropriate government service, and after the presentation and registration of necessary documents, the authorized person of an appropriate public service will mark Air Waybill to release cargo.

The customer goes to Cash Desk where the cashier charges for the Cargo Terminal services and issues a pass to travel to the territory of Cargo Terminal.

Customer enters the territory of the warehouses, contacts OPGP agent, in Air Waybill, fills in the cell regarding cargo release.

Customer presents OPGP agent the following:

  • Cargo Air Waybill
  • Paasport
  • PowerofAttorney (if necessary)

Customer receives the shipment, OPGP agent takes Air Waybill and Power of Attorney, returns Recipient’ copy of Airway Bill with a note regarding cargo release, certified by personal stamp and signature, and makes a note in the pass so that the cargo can exit the territory of warehouses.

When receiveng the shipment, the customer is entitled to appeal to the Head of Cargo Terminal or to the shift supervisor to resolve matters of dispute, if the state of the shipment is dissatisfactory.
